$591,000.
- There were no sales in the million + range with the highest sale price being $985,000.
- In April 2011, Piha Property sold the first $1 million + property in two years.
- The number of properties sold in the area fell from 24 in 2009/10 year to 16.
- While there was a drop in properties sold in the area there was a rise in the average house
price due to more properties selling in the higher price backet.
- To the 31st March 2011 Piha Property Brokers Ltd continue to be the top selling Real Estate Agency in
the area selling 40% of the properties during the last financial year.
- The balance of sales were split between 5 other Real Estate Agencies.
